LONDON, Nov. 27—At a special audience with the Sultan, says the Constantinople correspondent of The Times, the Russian Ambassador strongly urgred the imperative necessity of such administrative measures as would pacify the Macedonians.
Thus far, says the correspondent, the Reform Commission has done nothing- The Austro-Hungarian Ambassador will pursue the same theme as the Rus¬sian representative at an audience with the Sultan tomorrow,
