Romanian, Servian and Bulgarian agents are all scrambling for the appropriation of these erring spirits while learned professors at St. Petersburg and Bucharest, Belgrade and Sofia are busy manufacturing geneological trees and national apelations for ll and sundry of these bewildering apostles emancipation."
